Maybe it's my personal prob, but I don't remember I ever saw these kinda artistic things for vote in Taiwan, especially from the relevant bureau......
或許台灣相關當局應該參考看看或許能改善一下選舉藝術,而非只是ㄧ些做不到的口號,如果只是一些參考的標語,那何不將視覺上做的好看一點...

衝突原因及演進 :
盧安達位於非洲中部偏東,南邊與蒲隆地為鄰,北邊與烏干達為鄰,盧安達與蒲隆地原是一個國家,具有相同的歷史、語言及種族關係。境內由佔多數的胡圖族(約百分之八十五)及少數的圖西族(約佔百分之十四)組成。1962年7月1日兩國正式分開並宣布獨立。十五世紀時,這兩大種族就因爭奪土地而發生流血衝突。長久以來,盧安達都是由少數圖西族的貴族菁英來統治國家,形成兩族間心理上及階級上的矛盾與對立。1959年盧安達境內的胡圖族人發動流血政變正取得政權,造成二萬至十萬名圖西族被屠殺,另有二十萬人逃離至蒲隆地。1963年、1967年及1973年皆發生大規模的流血衝突,許多的圖西人被迫逃往盧安達、烏干達及薩伊等鄰國。1973年胡圖族哈比亞里瑪納擔任盧國總統,哈氏採行一黨獨大的獨裁軍事統治,圖西人長期遭受被壓迫而對哈氏政權反感。此外,有一支流亡在烏干達的圖西人武裝部隊「盧安達愛國陣線」(Front patriotique rwandais- FPR)自1990年起就開始以武裝叛亂,推翻哈氏政權為目標。1992年4月,哈比亞里瑪納總統開始推行政黨政治,並與圖西族叛軍展開和平談判。1993年8月哈氏與叛軍終於在坦桑尼亞的阿魯夏(Arusha)簽署一項停戰和平協議,協議中主要是共同重組臨時政府,並進行國會全面改選以及建立多黨政治。不過,由於若干屬胡圖族的軍方強硬人士對協議的不滿,不但致使哈氏無法順利推動各項改革,同時也造成圖西族叛軍的極度反感及對政府的信心喪失。1994年4月6日,哈比亞里瑪納總統身亡後,以胡圖族為主的「總統安全部隊」立刻認為是圖西族叛軍所為而採取血腥之報復行動。「總統安全部隊」不但在首都殺害聯合國的十名和平部隊,將總理處死,同時也對圖西族人及反哈氏政府的胡圖人展開屠殺。自1994年4月6日起直到6月30日之間,共約有五十萬的圖西人被殺害,在這段期間,成千上萬的圖西人又向鄰國湧入。1994年7月20日「盧安達愛國陣線」擊潰政府軍,獲得勝利,並成立新政府。新政府中由畢濟莫古(Pasteur Bizimungu)出任總統,原在盧國的胡圖族人唯恐遭報復而大量湧向薩伊,造成難民潮。
近況
盧安達與烏干達在1998年8月出兵剛果,協助剛果叛軍攻打由辛巴威、那米比亞及安哥拉當局支持的剛果總統卡比拉(Laurent Kabila)。但是1999年夏天,烏干達與盧安達卻因為爭奪鑽石開採區相互攻擊,也在2000年6月同意停火,這是盧安達內戰後有與鄰國所發生的嚴重衝突。
國際態度
聯合國在內戰最激烈的時候,聯合國秘書長曾提議增加派駐五千五百人的和平部隊,並採強勢作為,以有效制止屠殺及難民潮的問題。但此項建議卻遭到美國的反對,故聯合國只能派出五百人的和平部隊,實在難以發揮作用。法國與盧國友好,且有經濟及軍事上之合作關係。在盧國內戰中,法國原是支持且承認哈比亞里瑪納總統的政府,同時也協助哈氏政府對抗圖西族叛軍。一直到「盧安達愛國陣線」取得政權後才轉而正式承認新政權。
目前衝突穩定原因
聯合國派駐和平部隊維持當地秩序。
再度爆發衝突的關鍵
除了族群不合的基本衝突之外,國與國之間的政治利益與互動也是相互影響。1994年盧安達的種族屠殺慘劇主要是源於歷史的仇恨以及殖民主義的政經控制。盧安達的種族衝突可能會因政權轉移而略趨緩和,但是胡圖族和圖西族之間的矛盾與對立仍難在短期間化解。

WHAT DID WE CREATE?

Last nite (about 05:00 am) when I was working at my place to figure out what I gonna design for next season. Suddenly, there is a thought well up in my mind--"what we did created?"

Past years, I have asisted various brands to produce differnt products, and I also ever worked in the factories in Vietnam, Cambodia, China.... I ever saw a pregnant woman produced PVC products, also see a lot of workers overtime to produce products because the brand clients push them hard...

On the other side, I was also asked to increase more anfd more product skus/ styles to make more maket share and diverse the product lines.

And last nite, "what we have created" I asked myself when I was working. I think maybe the answer is "we create nothing but monsters".

Recently, there is a serious issue about " poisonous milky products" in Taiwan, Hong Kong and China. I think it's because people want it good but want pay less?! People want it qick but want it quilified?! How to make it happen?

昨晚大約凌晨五點,當我還在想下季該設計什麼產品款式時,有個聲音一直在問"我們到底創造了什麼?"

過去幾年,在生"慘"端時,我曾協助了許多品牌製造開發的不同的產品,也曾在越南.柬埔寨.大陸等地的工廠工作過,我曾見過孕婦在化學有毒物質旁工作,而工人在惡質的環境超時加班的情景更是常見

另一方面,當我在設計端時,我也被要求設計增加更多的產品以增加品牌市佔率以及讓產品線更多樣化

而昨晚凌晨,當我還在工作時,"我們到底創造了什麼?"這聲音又出現,我想或許我們除了創造了會到處肆虐的怪獸,此外什麼都沒創造.

近日在台.港.中等地,都出現了駭人聽聞的毒奶粉事件,我想或許會出現這樣的問題或許也是由於人們想要付少量的錢但要得到比較好的產品?! 想要產品又新又快但是它又要品質優良?!

Day before yesterday met up my homie--David from Kangol, we were happliy having the BBQ and chatting about the Kangol collabs these years. bla blah...

Besides, also talked about the thing of on-line fashion news, people always wanna get the breaking news, and get used to clip-clip and get the quick product info... sometimes even they never see the real products, and have no idea how much it will cost/waste to produce the product, but they comment and seems like they are know-it-all. Sometimes some kids also show the attitude, and comment they have seen the similar collabs or what ...they wanna get something new...

Just as expected, David aint really concern it, he believe we need to provide something with good quality not just trendy!! Quality is over quantity and trendy, I always believe it!!

Besides, David also share kangol brandnew collab with me...it's wicked!!! however it's the top secret, so i gonna zip my mouth n let's wait and see, it gonna kill!!

前天與老友David碰面,我們一邊享用著鐵板燒,一邊聊到關於Kangol近年來的合作款等等..

我們也聊到一些關於線上即時流行訊息的問題,人們總是想快速地獲取最新的資訊也習慣只要滑鼠敲點兩下就可得到最新的產品資訊,而這些網站人員有的也只會評論著一些他們本身不暸解的專業,有的也從未看過產品的實樣,也不了解製造產品會花費多少資源,浪費多少物料就開始忙著下註解,
而有時也會有些自以為是的小鬼批評著他們只想最新的,不要看到相似的東西
然而正如所想的,David並不以為意,我們都認同好的品牌一定要有好的品質而非只是在忙從流行,風潮只是一時的,唯有好的東西才能長久!!

當剛好聊到台灣的INTERNATIONAL PORTER時,他給我看HF送他美國限定合作款的黑美黑梅機套( HEAD PORTER x FRAGMENT DESIGN US limited collab blackberry phone case ),更證實了choose what you like, respect what you like的精神,除此也聊到RUSS創設SSUR label已滿15年的可能會進行的活動,以及Kangol目前正在進行的合作案,不過因為是目前仍是秘密,所以拭目以待吧! 不過絕對屌!!

It's quite a shame but it's my first time to go Zhang Hua County, Taiwan. And yesterday I went to the sock factory there and it impressed me deeply. Besides, at first I thought socks are just socks, however after discussion with the factory owner, I found if you produce the products with heart, you realy can make it different!!

1. The 1.) & 2.) photos are not the street sticker on the road sign. So why there is a sock sticker on the road sign? Beacuse the characteristic of that place is "SOCK-related", and the officers decide to attach the sock label on the road sign.

2. The 2.) & 3.) photos are the latest technology of sock--"SEAMLESS SOCKS"

3. The 4.) & 5.) photos are the coolmax yarns twisted the cotton yans to keep your feet dry and comfortable

4. The last photo, the extra large prawns from Zhang Hua County!!
